Tae Kwon Do is a traditional Korean martial art which means "The Way of Kicking & Punching".
Our Tae Kwon Do is open to anyone 3 years of age and above. The student will improve their physical
skills (flexibility, endurance, speed, coordination, and strength) in a safe and controlled
environment that stresses respect and discipline.
There are many different styles of Tae Kwon Do being practiced today. We are affiliated with the
Headquarters located in Seoul, South Korea. Master S.K. Yang is a 7th Degree Black Belt
Master Instructor and oversees our Tae Kwon Do training program and conducts all belt
testing and rank advancements.
